Q: How does your shipping work?
A: Ground shipping is free.
We ship every Monday-Friday. If you place your order after 3pm EST it will not ship until the following day. If you need something rushed and want to pay for expedited shipping please contact us at bg@beautyandgrace.com.
We offer calculated international shipping and 2 day rates. Current rates are available at checkout.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

All sale items & accessories are final sale. Anything purchased with a promo code is also final sale. Items eligible for returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, be free of any stains of any kind as well as animal hair, and with the original tags on. If you return the item to the store, receipt must be present to receive a refund on your credit card. If you'd like to exchange please place a new order for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges only for a different size or color in the same item. Please include the new order number for the exchanged item on the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. After your return has been received refunds will be issued within 5 business days. Be sure to note your tracking number from your label.

Q: How do I purchase a GIFT CARD?
A: You can purchase beauty + grace gift cards by going to the accessory page and purchasing them in $50 increments. Please note to use gift cards you need to call the store, 317-564-0687, to purchase the items over the phone. All items purchased with gift cards are final sales. To check the balance of your gift card, please also contact the store at 317-564-0687.
Q: Are out-of-stock items restocked?
A. If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website. If you would like to add your name to a wish list for the out-of-stock item, please contact bg@shopbeautyandgrace.com to do so.
Q: What size is the model in the photos?
A: Our models are 5'8. They typically wear a small in tops and pants. Denim pictured on model is typically a size 26. Please see the product description of the item to determine how your sizing compares to that.
Q: Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about beauty + grace's latest new products and offers?
A: Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on beauty + grace's latest products, look-book and events.
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will not be shared with third parties. You can also shop with total peace of mind as we make every effort to ensure we have the resources that guarantee the security of your purchases and details. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.
